Hall Information2900 sf heated and airconditioned hall with kitchen facilities and a staffed bar serving beer, wine, and setups. Seated capacity is 200. Lighted parking for 35 cars on property and plenty of street parking at the park across the street. City park with gazebo is directly to the south and the riverwalk is directly to the west. The hall is available on Saturdays only, for weddings, birthdays over 25, receptions, and retirement parties, between the hours of 5pm and midnight. Rental includes security, table setup, cleanup and bar personnel. Rent is $875 with $300 (non-refundable) due at the time of reservation and the balance due 2 weeks prior to the event. All rental payments must be made in cash. The hall is usually set up with 25 8' rectangular tables. 8 6' round tables are available, but seating capacity is decreased with their use. No lit candles are allowed. Table cloths for the round tables are available for purchase. No beer,wine, or sodas are allowed to be brought in from the outside. Liquor may be brought in and set-ups are available at the bar. A kitchen is available with a serving window for the caterer's use. Food may be warmed here, but cooking is not allowed. St. Joseph's has teamed up with Less Networks to provide free wireless internet access to all of our guests. |
